Legislative Prescriptions (2020) is a collection of additional rules governing members and studio sharers in the Elizabeth Foundation of the Arts, New York City, drafted by the artist, promulgated in collaboration with the institution and in force for the duration of the New Members Exhibition, Sept. 1 - Dec. 1, 2020.

The rules are accompanied by a digital video composed entirely of found video from the United States Senate and Capitol, and found audio from television pharmaceutical advertisements.
