Implicating longstanding associations between text on paper and ideas of legal certainty, historical clarity, or archival veracity, In Black and White is a series of untreated, handmade sheets of paper with varied textures fabricated by the artist from the shredded remains of classified military, intelligence and legal documents recovered from an institutional workplace.
